OUR HOUSE LOCATIONS

While technically our boudoir and swimming pool photography locations are part of the house, we'll give you separate pages for them as they have a different feel and aesthetic to these house locations we're about to cover here at our Splash Point Photo Photography Studio - hey, it helps search engines saying it a lot! Anyway, there's parquet flooring throughout, and with its warm yellows and the rich reds and dark woods; the house really compliments earthy tones. However, there are definitely different vibes to be had in each room. It's also possible to shoot in the smaller games room with the snooker table.
The Hall

With views from the top of the staircase down to the ground floor, a unique perspective can be achieved with just natural light from a Velux window, however, much like the above images, you're welcome to use photography lighting from the studio too should you have your own vision. Alongside the Chesterfield, penny table, and giant marble solitaire, there are a few interesting props around. There's an upright organ, a grandfather clock and retro style telephone, and that's not forgetting to mention a few antiques and oddities peppered about too. Just do us a favour and make sure you keep drinks on coasters, yeah. During Christmas, we have a particularly awesome 9ft tree, transforming the area for the month of December, occasionally before in mid-November by request too.
The hall is yet another exceptionally popular part of our photography studio.
The Front Room

In slight contrast to the hall location, but also in keeping with the classy vibe, our front room has a cream Italian leather three-piece, a larger church organ, a big dark (but reflective) wood dining table, and a few big bay windows of natural light. Again, while the natural light can be utilized, the fall off as you head in the room can be dramatic, so you're welcome to bring up lighting from the main photography studio too.
Another amazing shoot at Splash Point.

This time I decided to venture to areas away from the main studio space, shooting in the bedroom, the very grand hallway and the pool.
As ever, Russ was to hand, assisting with setting up spaces and the lighting. It is a huge positive knowing there is somebody there who is so willing and eager to help you to get the best possible images from a shoot.

This isn't my first time at Splash Point, and it still remains my number one preference for studio shoots, even though it is a two-hour drive from home!

Thank you for your help and hospitality, Russ.
